About Waunakee Gun Club
The Waunakee Gun Club is a SHOTGUN ONLY club that offers Sporting Clays and 5 stand (winter).
We host NSCA American Field Sporting Tournaments throughout the summer.
We are open to the public - no reservations needed!
Host your Corporate Outing, Team Building Event, or Bachelor Party with us!

Waunakee Gun Club Needs DNR Certified Hunter Ed Instructors!

1. If you are a certified DNR Hunter Ed Instructor willing to assist Club with classes;
2. If you want to become certified; and can attend DNR'S Instructor training class on February 26, 2026.
Location TBD: WGC, if enough members sign up.
DNR does background checks on potential instructors & Dan has that form.
3. If, you aren't sure and have questions about volunteering.
Whether WGC will host another Hunter Ed class depend on it having (at least) three members (more is better!) certified to teach classes. Don't worry, Dan is certified and will mentor new instructors.
